PRIVATE SESSIONS
All sessions are one-on-one at the MAMA METHOD studio in North Burnaby, utilizing the Pilates Reformer + Tower equipment.
FIRST VISIT
Brand new to the studio? All new clients start with a 60min Introductory Session.
During this session, we will:
Go over your intake form;
Discuss any concerns, as well as any immediate or long term goals you might have;
Assess your breathing, posture and basic movement patterns;
Check-in at the end of your Intro Session for Q+A and how to best move forward.
STUDIO HOURS
Sessions are available Tuesday through Friday, with the studio closed on weekends and Mondays.
Tuesdays: 10am-5pm
Wednesdays: 12pm-6pm
Thursdays: 9:30am-5pm
Fridays: 7:30am-2:30pm
Please note: Jen’s schedule has limited openings at the moment. To be moved into an open spot as soon as possible, please join our waitlist. The typical wait time for the waitlist is 2-3 weeks.
