PRIVATE SESSIONS
All sessions are one-one-one at the MAMA METHOD studio in North Burnaby, utilizing the Pilates Reformer + Tower equipment.
FIRST VISIT
Brand new to the studio? All new clients start with a 60min Introductory Session.
During this session, we will:
Go over your intake form
Discuss any questions or concerns you might have
Complete a full body assessment
Set some realistic goals, then dive right in to a movement session
STUDIO HOURS
Sessions are available Tuesday through Saturday, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Tuesdays: 11am-6pm
Wednesdays: 2pm-7pm
Thursdays: 9:30am-2:30pm
Fridays: 8:00am-2:00pm
Saturdays: 8:45am-2:00pm
If you notice all your preferred time slots are booked, don’t fret. Email Jen with your ideal days and times and you’ll be notified when the perfect spot comes available. We’ll make it happen!
