
PRIVATE SESSIONS
All sessions are one-on-one at the MAMA METHOD studio in North Burnaby, utilizing the Pilates Reformer + Tower equipment.
FIRST VISIT
Brand new to the studio? All new clients start with a 60min Introductory Session.
During this session, we will:
Go over your intake form;
Discuss any concerns, as well as any immediate or long term goals you might have;
Assess your breathing, posture and basic movement patterns;
Check-in at the end of your Intro Session for Q+A and how to best move forward.

STUDIO HOURS
Sessions are available Tuesday through Friday, with the studio closed on weekends and Mondays.
Tuesdays: 10am-5pm
Wednesdays: 12pm-6pm
Thursdays: 9:30am-5pm
Fridays: 7:30am-2:30pm
Please note: Jen’s schedule is currently at capacity, however we’ll be opening more appointments for September through December, 2025. To be notified of these openings, please join our waitlist and we’ll move you into a spot as soon as possible.
